PREAH MAE Premium Jasmine Rice is our signature product — single-origin, single-harvest, and minimally processed to preserve what makes it special. Grown in the fertile floodplains of Battambang province, it is cultivated once a year during the wet season (planted June–July, harvested November–January) and has earned recognition as among the world's finest jasmine rice — a multi-year recipient of the World's Best Rice awards.

Each year, the Mekong River floods the surrounding plains, depositing mineral-rich silt into the soil. The rice absorbs those nutrients slowly, over months — no shortcuts, no second crop. The result is a grain with natural fragrance, a soft texture after cooking, and a clean, distinct character that sets it apart from jasmine rice grown elsewhere.

Every grain is fresh-milled close to harvest for peak aroma, polished white, and colour-sorted to ensure a clean, visually uniform product. The rice cooks up silky, soft, and slightly fluffy, with grains that remain separate — ideal for everyday family meals, steamed rice, fried rice, and rice bowls.
